The Filling!

I really enjoyed making the BBQ pork buns a while back. Today I thought I’d improvise on the filling. Start off with the dough:

- 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 6 tbls milk
- 3 tbls water
- 2 1/2 peanut oil

Mix together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Make a well in the middle, add the milk, mix, add the water, mix, add the oil, mix. Adjust as necessary by adding a bit of water or flour. Knead for about 15 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover with damp cloth for 1 hour.

I quickly fried up the sausage and the greens for a few minutes, and let cool. The next step was simply placing the filling into the dough and wrap them up. Steam for 15 minutes, and enjoy!
